Vokal Digital operates vokal.digital. This notice applies to information handled through this website, including its contact and booking forms. A client engagement may involve additional terms in the applicable agreement.

When you contact us, we may receive:

• Your name and email address.
• Your website, if you provide one.
• Your message and any other details you choose to include.

When you book a call, we also receive:

• Your company and phone number.
• The date and time you request.
• Context about what you would like to work better.

Please do not send confidential, regulated, or sensitive information through these forms unless we have agreed on a suitable way to handle it.

We use IP addresses to limit repeated form and availability requests and reduce abuse. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may also process ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, and request times, to operate and protect the website.

• Show available times and schedule a call.
• Prepare for that call using the context you provide.
• Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.

Contact submissions are protected by an IP-based rate limit and delivered through Resend to Vokal Digital's email inbox. Booking submissions are protected by an IP-based rate limit, stored in Supabase, added to Google Calendar, and delivered to Vokal Digital's internal booking and operations systems.

Web hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy commitments. We disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the website, our business, or other people.

At the date of this notice, the website does not use advertising pixels or site analytics services to build visitor profiles. Vokal Digital does not currently operate a visitor-data sales, rental, or targeted-advertising program through this website.

This notice may be revised if those practices change.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to an inquiry, administering a booking, maintaining appropriate business records, resolving a dispute, or meeting a legal obligation.

The period varies by record and system. You may ask us to delete information, subject to records we need to retain for legal, security, or legitimate business reasons.

The website uses HTTPS, and its connected providers supply their own access controls and security measures. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. You may also ask how we handled a particular submission.
